When making an Offer, the home seller can accept, reject or counter the Offer. When accepted, the result is a binding contract called a Purchase Agreement.

The Offer to Purchase is a detailed, legally binding contract. Working together we will look out for your best interests. Before presenting the Offer we do the following:
